How to get your WI Real estate License paid for
1. Fill out the registration form to get started.
Click here to register for our 'Real Estate License Reimbursement' program for WI.
2. Enroll in Real Estate classes through the CE Shop.
Visit GMR.TheCEShop.com and enroll in the course package of your choosing.
3. Complete the required 72 hours of pre-licensing education.
To start, you must successfully complete a state-approved 72 clock-hour Pre-Licensing course.
4. Pass the exams.
There is a course final exam as well as a federal exam. You must pass both in order to get your license.
5. Join our brokerage.
We'll get you signed up under our New Agent Success Plan. This plan will help you feel prepared as a newcomer in the the real estate industry with extra support, 1 on 1 training, and access to valuable resources.
6. We'll apply for your real estate license.
We'll help you apply for your real estate license through the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services. Your license will be issued approximately 7-14 days after the application date.
7. Start your real estate business.
Once your license has been issued, take advantage of our training, technology, and lead generation opportunities. We will meet with you to get you set up to be successful REALTOR®.
8. Complete your first transaction.
Upon the closing of your first transaction, we will issue you a commission check AND your reimbursement check which includes the real estate course tuition, real estate license application fee, and exam fees.
